Kiewit, a large construction company, was preparing for an audit and needed a drug testing provider with DBE designation and who was committed to the highest standard of protocol.
Mandated by the DOT rule 49CFR part 40, they hired Alia to do random testing at one of its construction sites. Once hired, Alia did things the Alia Way: managing the highest standard of protocol in the drug collection process. Kiewit passed their audit.
A successful first-time partnership, Kiewit hired Alia again for non-DOT regulated pre-employment testing. Even though it wasn’t mandated, Alia followed DOT standards.
