HOW TO PREPARE AND WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon completing your order you will immediately receive an email receipt confirming your test. A second email will follow with your registration or "donor pass".
You must have a donor pass to be seen at the clinic. The donor pass will include the name, address and business hours of the testing site along with any special instructions for your test.
When you go to the lab, you will need to present an official I.D., along with your donor pass.
