This comprehensive drug panel detects many more substances than other targeted drug tests, which may only discover a certain subset of drugs or medications. Thus, these tests are considered “comprehensive” because they screen for a broader range of substances. This panel tests for more classes of drugs than any of our other standard panels and includes many street drugs, opiates, prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, opiate inhibitors, date rape drugs, and club drugs. This comprehensive drug screen offers the broadest range of information as to drugs present in the donor’s urine.

This test uses the highest standard in drug testing to identify substances in human urine. First, the urine is tested by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS). If the first test is positive, the lab will run a second confirmatory test done by a definitive liquid LC/MS-MS to ensure the most accurate result.
