Hair Alcohol Drug Test

Ethyl Glucuronide (EtG) Hair Alcohol Test – The test measures any alcohol consumption up to 90 days. It takes about 5 days for EtG to get into the hair. You must have head hair or body hair for this test. This test does not measure current impairment or under the influence. A hair specimen can provide long-term history of drug and alcohol abuse by trapping biomarkers in the fibers of the growing hair strand. Our EtG (Ethyl Glucuronide) Hair Alcohol Test checks for the presence of the Ethyl (drinking) Alcohol metabolite, Ethyl Glucuronide. Commonly used for alcohol abstinence programs, court ordered programs and DUI programs. Depending on your location this test may have to be manually configured.
